SINA brings together the condominium associations and hotels along the oceanfront of Sunny Isles Beach. It gives these buildings a shared, organized way to follow the issues that affect them and to speak with an informed voice.
SINA works with the City of Sunny Isles Beach, Miami-Dade County, and the State of Florida. It shares information with its members, brings people together to discuss what matters to the community, and represents the community’s perspective in a constructive, nonpartisan way.
It is a not-for-profit organization, and it serves the broader Sunny Isles Beach community.
15645 to 19575 Collins Avenue, ocean side
SINA’s area is the oceanfront of Sunny Isles Beach: the residential buildings and hotels on the ocean side of Collins Avenue, from 15645 north to 19575. Condominium associations and hotels on this stretch are eligible to join.
Condominiums, hotels, businesses, and neighborhood associations outside the area are welcome to work with SINA too. Contact SINA
A founding year
SINA is just beginning. Its founding board is being formed, and membership is now open.
Buildings that join in this first year will be part of the association from its start, with a voice in how it takes shape.
